Onboarding
MosaIQ is available exclusively for enterprise compliance. Contact your organization's MosaIQ administrator to request access to MosaIQ.
Logging In
With Email/Username and Password
- Navigate to: https://mosaiqapp.com.
- The page will redirect to a secure auth. portal.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to input your email or username and password.
- Once successful, you will automatically be redirected to your organization's MosaIQ landing page.
If you receive the error message "Invalid username or password," check for typos. If you believe this was in error, please contact support@mosaiqapp.com.
Forgot Password?
- From the auth portal, Step 2 above, click on "Forgot Password."
- Input your email. If your email has an associated account on MosaIQ, you will receive an email with further instructions.
- Check your inbox and spam for an email from MosaIQ titled "Reset password request"
- Click on the link in the email or copy & paste into your browser.
- Input your new password.
- Once successful, you will automatically be redirected to your organization's MosaIQ landing page.
If you did not request a forgotten password but you received an email, you may ignore the email. Your previous password will remain intact.
With Okta
From your Organization's Okta portal,
- Navigate to MosaIQ using a link specific to your Organization.
- If you are signed in with Okta, you will automatically be redirected into the MosaIQ app.
- If you previously had an email/password account before using Okta, you will be asked to link the two accounts.
For those interested in Okta connectivity, contact support@mosaiqapp.com to request Single Sign-On (SSO) for your Organization.
Permissions
By default, all new users of Okta-enabled Organizations are given Viewer permissions. If you require more permissions, contact your Organization's administrator or your dedicated MosaIQ support team.
